BEES 2nd degre Instructor (Saumur) at the age of 20, Laure taught classical dressage and CSO in the Parisian region.

 At the age of 26 she qualifies as a Saumur Teacher and travels to the US to intensify her knowledge specifically in “Natural Horsemanship”.

Upon her return in France, she starts implementing the first designs for Ethological trainings and professional education at the Haras de la Cense (1999-2001). After obtaining the BFEE3, she opens her own school “l’Académie d’Enseignement Comportemental” dedicated to reeducating difficult horses and incorporating a professional education structure.

Specialist in innovating education.

The move to Firfol (Calvados, 14) in 2005 allows her to implement all areas of her schooling and arrange all the installations and stables around the project. Laure is very involved in the education of teachers at Firfol!

“l’Académie d’Enseignement Comportemental” is since October 2005 an official National ethological institution. Laure is also the President of the “Commission Régionaled'éthologie en Normandie ” and is member of the Frenche Irish Cob association.

She also has three children, Lila 15, Adam 15 and Robin 2 years old.

Laura, Chef Instructor, horse education specialist :

Laura has been trained by Andy Booth. She is Laure’s second in command covering the educational activities at Firfol!

She also is responsible of the interships organized at Firfol! and has a lot of tact when education the horses themselves.

Her competence areas:

• Training of the students in “Equitation comportementale”, she prepares them for the five levels of “Savoirséthologiques”.
• Teaching of the students to obtain the professional CQP ASA certificate.
• Education of young horses, breaking in.
• Teaching for adults.
• Aerobatics (voltage) with rainless horses.

Pauline, qualified BPJEPS teacher, specializes in show horse education and also prepares them for the five levels of “Savoirs éthologiques”.

Pauline followed all her education at the Academy and obtained the “Brevets Fédérauxd'EquitationEthologique 1 et 2” after 8 months of continuous internships at Firfol!

Her competence areas:

• Training of the students in “Equitation comportementale”, she prepares them for the five levels of “Savoirséthologiques”.
• Education of young horses, breaking in
• Preparation of the horses for shows (she worked during two years with Zingaro!).

She creates and prepares the choreographies and lines for the shows and demonstrations given at Firfol!

Pauline created the show called “Prince de Coeur” in 2012.
